The America-Japan Society, Inc. shall use the members'personal information only for the AJS Membership Directory, which is for use only among the members, and for AJS office purposes to send program mailings/faxes, etc.  The America-Japan Society, Inc. will not provide the members'personal information to any third party without their permission except in the case of legal disclosure requests or other special reasons.
